After the Thanksgiving Day promotion, AT&T started selling refurbished version of the iPhone 3GS including 16GB and 32GB version were priced at $149 and $249. Both devices are $50 cheaper than brand-new phone. Besides, consumers need to sign 2 years agreement. Although ATT is also occasionally provide some refurbished mobile phones, but such as the iphone make me excited too.
