Dell Mini 3iX smartphone first released in China and Brazil

Dell Mini 3iX smartphone is Dell’s first Android phone. Although the phone was showed up at FFC in early, but I didn’t think it is coming so quickly. Dell official said the 3iX will be released in China and Brazil at first, Chinese and Brazilian customers will be available in the coming days.
