HTC Nexus One /Google Phone more specs show up, with 1GHz processor

I often complained why Google doesn’t show up more specs of the HTC Nexus One /Google Phone. And today, it finally come true, Engadget got a exclusive information on the HTC Nexus One /Google Phone device. I am glad to see that. From specs, its seems like with the HTC HD2. the HTC Nexus One /Google Phone sports 1GHz processor, 5 million camera, 512MB ROM. There are different to HD2 that the device equip with a 512M RAM, and 1400mAh battery and 3.7 inch AMOLED WVGA touchscreen, and body depth of 0.5mm more than the HD2.

And we also see the device supports HSPA 900 / 1700 / 2100, 7.2Mbps down and 2Mbps up — in other words, yes to T-Mobile 3G and no to AT&T 3G, though you’ll still be fine on EDGE. See hardware list, the HTC Nexus One /Google Phone will be the highest smartphone on the market.
