Anyway, the Motorola Quantico cell phone looks like a low-end phone. But Motorola official said it is built to meet military specifications 2, Quantico safeguards against extreme pressure, temperature, dust, shock, vibration and blowing rain. Its camera is only 1.3 MP fixed focus. I might have considered it as I do not need to use cell phone camera.
