New BlackBerry cellphone: BlackBerry Curve 8910

Posted on | January 17, 2010 | No Comments

The BlackBerry Curve 8910 looks like the BlackBerry 9700 when you looked at the leaked photo at first, but its QWERTY keyboard style looks like the BlackBerry 8900. According to the news said that this BlackBerry Curve 8910 is a upgrade version of the BlackBerry Curve 8900, which transits from trackball to optical pad, running BlackBerry 5.0 OS. And just right the 8910 got a Bluetooth signature verification. Don’t too excitement, we also don’t know if the BlackBerry Curve 8910 supports 3G network.

Fireware update for Verizon HTC Droid Eris

Posted on | January 15, 2010 | No Comments

Just a few days ago, Verizon official just released a frieware update for for Verizon HTC Droid Eris to fix bugs. ROM version 1.17.605.1 is starting to make its way into the world via the phone’s over-the-air update mechanism, fixing an intermittent bad signal indicator when bringing it out of standby. Yep, that’s it — so there’d better be a much heartier update in the wings later this quarter as Big Red has previously promised.

Sony Ericsson Faith equip with QWERTY keyboard leaked, running WinMo 6.5

Posted on | January 15, 2010 | No Comments

Recently, media leaked a new smartphone of Sony Ericsson named Faith. This is a bar phone equip with full QWERTY keyboard, and runs Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. Look at the leaked photos the device uses a business design, thin body looks like Nokia E series devices. The Faith is the third MinMo device of Sony Ericsson after the X1 and X2, and also is the first WinMo device that uses straight design and equip with QWERTY keyboard, but it’s different to the X1 and X2, so it may be not one of the XPERIA series products, I think.

The Sony Ericsson Faith features a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, a QWERTY keyboard, 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen, 3M camera, WiFi, GPS and A-GPS.
