Confirmed HTC HD2 hits to T-Mobile US

HTC HD2 with 1GHz processor and a big 4.3-inch display is a very strong smartphone. A few days ago, we guessed the HTC HD2 would headed to the T-Mobile in the US already,but there is only leaked document non-confirmed. Today at CES 2010, Microsoft and HTC have now finally announced that the HD2 smartphone is officially headed to T-Mobile US. Unfortunately, there also is no launch details just yet. I think this may not be a bad news, maybe Microsoft is preparing to release a new version of the HTC HD2 loaded with Windows Mobile 7 OS.

Spec list of the Plam Pre Plus and Pixi Plus for Verizon

From Plam Pre and Pixi for Sprint landed until today, both of the devices sales have failed. It made me have to think the WebOS device was one of the most promising products at CES last year. A year has passed, the Plam Pre and Pixi for Verizon rename Pre Plus and Pixi Plus were brought up again. We knew some leaked rumors of these new version for Verizon like WiFi enabled on the Pixi. Today, a spec list of them was showed on the Internet. Nothing much to see here — just a storage bump for the Pre to 16GB, and WiFi enabled on the Pixi, unlike its Sprint counterpart. And the Verizon Plam Pre Plus and Pixi Plus will be showed up at CES 2010.

Unannounced Sony Ericsson Kanna U8i was leaked

In addition to the high-end X10 smartphone on the Android market, the Sony Ericsson also has a another product line on the smartphone market, that is Symbian S60. In 2009, Sony Ericsson has launched the Satio with a 12M camera. Now in 2010, the beginning of the new year, Unannounced Sony Ericsson Kanna appeared on the Web mysteriously and unexpectedly. Although there has not been officially confirmed temporarily, but according to informed sources that the phone will probably be released at MWC2010 opened in February of this year.

Nokia said would catch up with Apple and RIM in smartphone field 2011.

Nokia’s new product development director Rick Simonson (RickSimonson) today accept the “Times of India” an interview and said the company in the field of smartphones would catch up with Apple and RIM in 2011. Simonson said that while Nokia in field of smartphones are now lagging behind Apple and RIM, but will not admit defeat.

He said: “In the past 18 months, our market share of smartphones has been declining, but in the Q2 and Q3 of 2009, this downward trend has stopped and stabilized. With the release of Maemo OS and the stable Symbian OS market share, that will enable us to be able to recover lost ground in the the field of smart phones this year, Symbian is still the world’s largest smartphone OS.”
